VisitorKorean passport holders, Visa Waiver Program (VWP) eligible travelers and passport holders from the below listed countries, may seek entry into Guam for business or pleasure only for 15 days or less if they carry a passport valid for at least six months past date of Guam entry, travel on a registered carrier, have a round-trip or onward ticket in their possession when arriving in Guam, and are otherwise eligible for U.S. entry. A Guam visa waiver traveler cannot extend, adjust or change his/her status while in the U.S., including Guam, and cannot travel from Guam to another destination in the U.S. If a Guam Visa Waiver traveler wishes to engage in any activity that is not otherwise allowed using a visitor (B1/B2) visa, that traveler must qualify for the appropriate visa.
The following passport holders and travelers under the VWP may seek entry into Guam under the Guam Visa Waiver:
Australia, Brunei, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Nauru, Papua New Guinea, New Zealand, Republic of Korea, Singapore, Solomon Islands, Taiwan (residents thereof who begin their travel in Taiwan and who travel on direct flights from Taiwan to Guam without an intermediate layover or stop except for stops in a U.S. territory enroute), the U.K. (British National Overseas, British Dependent Territory passports), Vanuatu and Western Samoa.
